These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SERN website and your purchase of any product from SERN. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

SERN sells dietary supplements, including capsules and oral dissolving strips, to customers in the United States.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order with SERN. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

  1. Products & Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredients, and images accurately. Actual product packaging and formulation may vary slightly from images shown on the site. SERN products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

  1. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in CURRENCY USD for US checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed, and will contact you before charging a corrected price. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers; SERN does not store your full payment card details.

  1. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which SERN may accept or decline. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund of the amount charged.

  1. Shipping

Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

  1. Returns, Refunds & Subscriptions

Returns, refunds, and subscription terms are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy, both incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the SERN name, logo, product names, packaging design, photography, and written content — is owned by or licensed to SERN and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use this site to: violate any applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; interfere with the site's operation; scrape or harvest data without permission; or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fraudulent refund or chargeback claims.
