Subscription Purchases

Customers who select a SERN Subscribe & Save subscription receive a discounted price in exchange for enrolling in a recurring purchase arrangement.

Before you complete a subscription purchase, SERN will clearly disclose the subscription price and billing frequency, that the subscription will continue and recur automatically until cancelled, any minimum number of payments required, and how to cancel.

Where a minimum commitment applies and is clearly disclosed before purchase, it will consist of an initial three (3) scheduled payments, including the first payment made at signup. After this minimum commitment is fulfilled, the subscription continues automatically unless cancelled.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your SERN subscription at any time, subject to any minimum-commitment terms disclosed at signup, by either of the following methods:

• Self-service: Log in to your subscription management portal (accessible via the link in your subscription confirmation and renewal emails) and cancel your subscription directly. This is the fastest way to cancel and requires no further action from our team.
• Email: Contact the SERN Support Team at hello@sernsupplements.com using the address associated with your subscription, including your full name, subscription email, and order/subscription number.

Cancellation through the self-service portal is no more difficult than the process used to subscribe. Blocking a card, cancelling a payment instruction through your bank, allowing a card to expire, or otherwise preventing payment does not constitute a valid cancellation request and may result in a failed-payment notice rather than cancellation.

Once cancellation is confirmed, SERN will stop future subscription renewals.

Recurring Payment Authorization

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize SERN and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the price and frequency disclosed at signup. A SERN subscription is a recurring purchase, not a one-time purchase. If SERN changes a material subscription term, price, or billing frequency, we will provide advance notice as required by applicable law before the change takes effect.

Subscription Orders Already Processed

Cancelling future renewals does not cancel an order that has already entered fulfillment or been dispatched. Customers are encouraged to submit cancellation requests before their next scheduled billing date to avoid an additional shipment.

Failed Subscription Payments

Customers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method for an active subscription. Where a scheduled payment fails, SERN or its payment provider may make further reasonable attempts to process the payment. A failed payment does not automatically cancel the subscription; SERN may suspend fulfillment until the payment issue is resolved.

Subscription Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to the same health, hygiene, and return requirements described in SERN's Return & Refund Policy. Purchasing a subscription does not create a money-back guarantee or guarantee specific results.

Subscription Promotions & Discounts

Promotional pricing, gifts, or introductory offers may carry additional conditions disclosed at the time of the offer. Customers may not create multiple accounts or identities to repeatedly obtain introductory offers. SERN may withdraw promotional privileges where it has reasonable evidence of abuse.

Subscription Payment Disputes

SERN maintains records relating to subscription enrollment, checkout disclosures, payment authorization, order confirmations, fulfillment, tracking, cancellation requests, and refunds. Where a properly authorized transaction is disputed, SERN may provide relevant records to the bank, card issuer, or payment processor.
